Phi Phi Natural Resort ★★★★

Peaceful and secluded. Far away from clubs and noise. Some places to snorkel.

Room was 10-15 min walk from beach if you are on the far side (top of hill). Could use some maintenance: broken internet, broke safe, broken shower door. Breakfast tables don’t have enough shade.

The location is incredible, with private sand and rock beaches where one can already snorkel

The service was quite simple for a 4 star hotel

The staff were fantastic, the beach was just the right balance of quiet and interesting. The rooms were nice. The new years eve celebration was excellent and all of the staff who participated did a really great job of making us smile even though they were so busy.

The beds were a little bit hard but otherwise the room was nice.

Location is amazing with cottages having lovely views over the sea. Away from the busy areas. Very relaxing with beaches like you see only on pictures :)

Kind staff but feels a bit chaotic and stressed. Perhaps it was the holiday year-end peak :) One to one, the staff is very friendly (except there is this one older man working at the dinner). Also the aircon is right above the bed, not ideal.

The first night I had a terrible experience the television kept coming on and there was a fire alarm that was running out of battery . But Chintana who is on reception was INCREDIBLE - she literally handled everything band was so kind and so helpful and so apologetic. She moved me to a new room and could not have been nicer or more professional. Really if you go here - make sure you deal with her. The other staff were ok - the rooms are a little tired - but I think they have all suffered from the fallout from covid. The snorkelling was nice but we sadly had fairly rough weather. Time your trip back to Tonsai if you don’t want to pay 1200 Bht for a private boat. The hotel have a link with a speed boat company and it will be 300 BHT per person instead. The food was average in quality but standard hotel type. Breakfast was included. All in it was great to get away from Tonsai area which is just manic and for me too noisy - it depends what you are coming for. As I say CHINTANA - really made the hotel as she was so wonderful.

The remoteness and friendly staff

No milk alternatives like almond or oat milk at breakfast no bananas for entire stay for a banana fritter so we had to walk down to another restaurant.

The location, once you realise that the property is quite secluded and not close to the main area of Phi Phi. The beach is quiet and a complete contrast to Tonsai pier. The grounds of the property were lovely too and well kept. The staff cannot be faulted. The were constantly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The beds were very hard. The breakfast selection was limited. The tours provided by the resort were expensive so it would be worthwhile speaking with locals or arranging tours from Tonsai pier.

We had à really wonderful stay, indeed, we have been upgraded from Standard to Superior bungalow.we enjoyed the beautiful Garden and sea view. The Service was excellent and the staff very efficient and friendly. It could’not be better. So we keep the Resort in best Memory and should always Dream to come back. Thanks to everybody !

The management of the neighbouring ZEAVOLA Resort wanted to keep us out of the Beach in front of their resort pretending it was private! Of course we didn’t follow their « wishes «!

Splendid resort situated in what felt like a tropical park. Big room with nice views. At the end of the resort you can find a private beach that is ideal in the afternoon. Longtail boats and scuba diving experiences (Bea is great instructor) are available for booking at reception. The perfect location if you want a peaceful vacation and to explore beaches on and around Phi Phi (would reccomend Bamboo Island and Nui beach).

Breakfast could be better, with more fruit. Also, cheese is available only on request. Some bad smell close to the reception (looks like the water treatment facility).

The hotel complex is really beautiful and park-like. We were there in the main season and had booked a standard room. They are located at the very end of the complex (shuttle service available), but offer the best view of the sunset :-) So we can't say much about the different villas, but the prices seemed to be very high for not having a good beach access. There were actually surprisingly few guests, even though it was the week after New Year's Eve. Our room was simple but equipped with everything necessary. The breakfast offers a wide selection of Asian and European dishes. Eggs and waffles are freshly prepared as desired. They offer a lot of different activities including cooing classes, massages etc. The staff was great, super friendly and helpful. Many thanks again for that

The hotel offers a buffet lunch for external guests who are taken to the beach by motorboat. For the amount of people who come, it has relatively little disturbed us. Actually, these guests do not have any access to the pool area, but of course, one or two of them ignore the request and come to take some pictures, we found this a little disturbing and/or not adequate for the price we paid here as guests. In total the prices in this area are higher than usually in Thailand. Perhaps because the logistics here are more complex and only possible by boat.

The breakfast had great variety. Lots of fresh fruit, all the normal western breakfast stuff & some nice interesting Thai cooked breakfast dishes. The breakfast area has a very pleasant view of the sunrise & the sea.

The breakfast could have some India curry & more Chinese dishes.

Superb experience. This resort is top notch! The service is excellence and the level of detail in the rooms and your stay is beyond the 3-star rating they have. The staff is so nice and welcoming. The little bungalows are tucked away in the most northern point of Phi Phi Island. The sea view rooms are spectacular with a private beach (it’s small and rocky so don’t expect to much) there is a wider beach at the entrance of the hotel. The sea is still visible Even from the Garden view rooms. There’s a beautiful look out point in both sides to see the sunset and sunrise. The room was impeccably clean. We didn’t have any problem with critters or insects. You’re in the middle of the island on a mountain so wild life is only to be expected There is a mosquito net, AC, good WIFI, toiletries, a robe, slippers, kettle and some tea and coffee. The breakfast has Thai and Western options. Arriving: Once you arrive to Phi Phi Tonsai Pier you need to take a ferry shuttle to Laem Tong Beach Pier(it’s an additional 200 baht each way) I believe there are two from Tonsai per day 12:30 and 5:30. It’s remote - don’t expect to come and go easily to the main pier (Tonsai) where all the tourists and parties are. There are shuttles from the hotel area at 7, 9, 1 and 2:45. There is a strip of restaurants on the beach (they have a variety of food options) and farther down there is a non-resort associated restaurant that looked really good (although we didn’t try-Chili and Pepper) There are no stores or atms up this way so plan accordingly. There Are dive shops and some tours you can book but plan to get the last ferry back by 5:30 PM from Tonsai otherwise you’ll probably pay a fortune for a taxi boat. The resort can arrange everything for you include massages, transportation etc. there are three dive shop

It’s remote - getting to/from Tonsai Pier is a pain with limited ferry options but it’s the perfect location if you want isolation, peace and relaxation.

The view from the pool was unbelievable. It looks like something you will just see in a movie. The breakfast is the best in Thailand.

The mattress in the room was really uncomfortable.

Peaceful and beautiful place to stay away from the party scene. Lovely apartment, clean with good room service. Great snorkelling and beach.

it was amazing . no people at all . more days we had little "private" beach between rocks all for ourself. 2min away. i have stay 3 times before on neighbour resort pp.ewans but i will prefer natural . no tractor or other people to disturb. we had 3 days that we extended 2 days more.

wifi was not good in bungalow but i think because router was broke . breakfast was very bad. had even to ask for cheese .
